Minxin adopts an accountable, empowering and trusting management model which incorporates the best ideas of both Chinese and Western practices. Led by Mr LEUNG Chun-ying, Chairman of the School Board of Minxin School offers guidance to the school on its direction and policies. The committee members lead by example and contribute with their expertise and ideas, developing Minxin to be a world-leading school for Hong Kong students. Minxin is a place that nurtures successful learners with practical knowledge and trilingual skills to contribute to the country and the world.
