To recognise and celebrate the efforts and successes of outstanding students, Minxin offers a range of scholarships to students with remarkable academic achievements, potential, and special talents. Through the quality, mission and vision of the Minxin education, scholarship recipients are empowered to be future leaders who live successful lives and contribute to the wider communities. We offer ‘Minxin Distinguished Honours Scholarships’, ‘Minxin First Class Honours Scholarships’, ‘Minxin Excellence Scholarships’, ‘Minxin Founders’ Scholarships’,‘Minxin Scholarships for Outstanding Competition Performance’, ‘Star of Minxin Scholarship’ and ‘Minxin Bursaries’. The details are as follows:
1. Minxin Distinguished Honours Scholarships are awarded to newly enrolled students with most outstanding results (achieve 95% or above both overall and English in the Senior High School Entrance Examinations), and following an interview. 100% fee remission is awarded for one year.
2. Minxin First Class Honours Scholarships are awarded to newly enrolled students with outstanding results (achieve 90% or above both overall and English in the Senior High School Entrance Examinations), and following an interview. 50% fee remission is awarded for one year.
3. Minxin Excellence Scholarships are awarded to the students with the most outstanding academic performance at Minxin (1 for primary division and 1 for secondary division), following an interview and subject to final endorsement in the staff meeting. 50% fee remission is awarded for one year.
4. Minxin Founders’Scholarships are awarded to the students in the primary division who demonstrate and follow the core values of Minxin in their words and deeds, proposed by class teachers and following an interview. A scholarship of RMB 10,000 is awarded.
5. Minxin Scholarships for Outstanding Competition Performance are awarded to students who demonstrate sound academic attitude and achievement and all-round ability and enthusiasm across a broad range of disciplines.

The above competitions should be organised by relevant education departments. International competitions are subject to be endorsed by the school.
6. Minxin Bursaries are awarded to students with excellent academic results who show that they can benefit from an exceptional education but whose families may not be able to meet the financial commitment. The application should be recommended by the school and following an interview. A maximum of 25% of fees can be remitted for a year (apply annually with the maximum of up to 3 succeeding years).
